Our Story
I can vividly recall the first time I ever received jewelry in my life. I was a 4 year old little girl presented by my grandma with a gift box so nicely wrapped that my small giddy heart almost exploded in joy. In it was a ring with a shiny yellow topaz gemstone, propped on a sparkly and perfectly polished gold band. it was then that my love affair with jewelry began.
Behind MUSE MMXX, is a real-life millennial momma who shares the struggles, joys, and everything in between, of motherhood, career - entrepreneur life, and the circus of home and life. I enjoy creating, building, spending time with family and friends, traveling, going on adventures, and exploring the world and gaining experiences and memories with a raw perspective.
MMXX is the year of metamorphosis for me. Prior to being an entrepreneur, I've held successful careers in HR and Supply Chain for Forbes / Fortune 500 companies in consulting, logistics, and aerospace. While I loved my jobs and took pride in my work, I've always felt that there is a whole other world I have yet to explore and conquer. It is a real bonus that my experience in aerospace, working with processes and materials, such as casting, molding, machining, laser engraving, soldering, different metals, gives us great insight which allows us to uphold the same standards in our jewelry boutique.
While juggling corporate life and chasing my newborn and toddler, I felt a shift in the world that I declared it was time to boldly work on my passions. I wanted to create a business where I can project the values I hold dear to me, growth, family, balance, excellence. We believe in the ability of jewelry to hold energy, a memory, or hope of a future, what started as a small gift ended up etched in my memory for many years to follow and found ways to manifest itself today. We couldn't be more thrilled to welcome you to MUSE MMXX, where every piece of jewelry is lovingly and thoughtfully selected, designed and crafted with YOU as inspiration. I am inspired by the most metamorphic and transformative experience in my life - motherhood. With that, I dedicate this, to my MUSE(s) - my daughter - S, son - C, and my loving husband - S.
